She shined brightly as a Cross Country and Track star, boasting a plethora of team and individual achievements. In Cross Country, she led her team to victory as a four-time CHL Team Champion and State Qualifier. Her outstanding performance earned her All-CHL and All-District recognition in 1997, showcasing her excellence on the trails.
On the track, she continued to dazzle, claiming the title of a two-time CHL Champion in the 800M and securing victory in the 4 x 800M relay as a CHL Champion. Her prowess extended to the State Track Meet, where she participated three times, further solidifying her reputation as a formidable athlete.
Throughout her time at Madeira, she imbibed the values of hard work, consistency, and friendship, which guided her athletic journey. She hopes that her membership in the Hall of Fame serves as an inspiration for her children, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with unwavering determination and passion, regardless of where those dreams may lead them.
